What to expect at the JCC Food Pantry

Our food pantry is open to all Warren County residents and is located at our Monmouth Resource Center. We’re open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM. If you're visiting in the afternoon, please arrive early enough to shop before we close.

Visit Frequency:

  • Families with children may visit once per week.

  • Households without children may visit twice per month.

  • Diapers, period supplies, and incontinence products are available once per month.

Income eligibility is based on 185% of the federal poverty level or below.

How Shopping Works

Visitors are invited to shop for the items their families will use. We typically offer a variety of grains, proteins, fruit and vegetables.  Milk is available on a limited basis.  Non-food items may also be available.

Our shelves are clearly marked to indicate how much each household may take. This helps ensure every family has access to the essentials they need. Plastic grocery bags are provided.

First-Time Visitors

When you visit for the first time, we’ll ask you to complete a short, confidential form. You'll need to provide name, date of birth, phone number, yearly income, address, gender, race, household information (number and names of adults, children, and seniors) and whether or not they receive SNAP.  You won’t need to fill this out again on future visits.
