Housing Program

Jamieson Community Center is excited to announce a housing project in partnership with Pattee Foundation. This program helps address the local housing shortage while offering lower-income households the opportunity to purchase a move-in-ready home.

Three homes have been purchased in Monmouth and are currently in various stages of renovation. As homes are completed, they will be sold to first-time home buyers earning 80% or less of the Area Median Income.
