Join us for a delightful Coloring Event for Adults! This event is open to individuals aged 60 and older for a suggested donation of $3.50. This event offers the perfect opportunity to express your creativity with adult coloring pages and pencils, while enjoying a hot, nutritious meal in a warm and welcoming community setting. It’s more than just a meal—it’s a chance to connect, share stories, and engage with others.

​The congregate meal sites in Henderson County are open. Meals are served at 11:30 am on Monday at Community Senior Citizens of Stronghurst and meals served on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at Henderson Senior Center/Township Hall in Oquawka.

If you are over 60, live in Henderson, Mercer, or Warren County and need a reliable source of nutritional food, call our office at 309-734-4251.

The food pantry is located in Monmouth Resource Center located at 1120 A South Main St. It is open Monday - Friday from 10 AM - 4 PM. Families or individuals who live in Warren County and meet federal income guidelines can receive essential food, diapers and other personal care items. Click here for a chart. Families with children can come weekly. People with no children in the home can come twice each month. Diapers are available for children ages birth up to age 3. Personal hygiene items including period supplies, adult incontinence products, soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, toilet paper, laundry detergent and household cleaner are also available.
